Nakladka progowa do samochodu Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia /'.h. O.k Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nakladka progowa do samochodu. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii nadajacym mu oryginalny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach przedstawiajacych kolejne przyklady wykonania nakladek progowych wedlug fig. 1,2 i 3. Nakladka wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru posiada ksztalt paska o dolnych zaokraglonych rogach z obwódka dookola. Centralniena nakladce umieszcza sie dowolny napis marki samochodu. Nakladka wedlug drugiej odmiany wzoru w ksztalcie paska o dolnych zaokraglonych rogach. Centralnie na nakladce umieszcza sie napis marki samochodu. Po obu stronach widnieja po dwie poziome linie w tym samym kolorze. Calosc otoczona jest obwódka równiez w tym samym kolorze. Nakladka wedlug trzeciej odmiany wzoru w ksztalcie paska o dolnych zaokraglonych rogach. Centralnie na nakladce umieszcza sie napis marki samochodu. Po obu stronach widnieja po cztery poziome linie w tym samym kolorze. Calosc otoczona jest obwódka równiez w tym samym kolorze. Wszystkie odmiany nakladek progowe wykonane sa ze stali nierdzewnej. Napis oraz linie o charakterystycznym wzorze naniesione sa na powierzchnie metoda sitodruku. Calosc wygrzewa sie metoda piecowa. Na strone dolna nakladki nalozono warstwe tasmy dwustronnie klejacej, której jedna strona polaczona jest z podlozem metalowym nakladki.
