Na awersie karty, w centralnym miejscu glównej grupy pierscieni, dominante stanowi charakterystyczny symbol bedacy kompilacja uproszczonych graficznie sylwetek trzech pojazdów: furgonetki, samochodu dostawczego oraz ciezarowego. W lewym górnym rogu umieszczony jest znak slowno-graficzny FLOTA. W prawym górnym rogu znajduje sie znak slowno-graficzny ORLEN. Kolorystyka awersu utrzymana jest w tonacjach czerwieni i zmienia sie gradientowo od górnego prawego rogu (odcien najciemniejszy) w kierunku lewego dolnego rogu (odcien najjasniejszy), jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 2. Odmiana druga Rewers karty jest utrzymany w tonacjach barwy niebieskiej i przedzielony lukiem na dwie strefy tta: ciemniejsza lewa i jasniejsza prawa, na których naniesione sa kolorem jasnoniebieskim dwie grupy centrycznie ulozonych kól z otaczajacymi pierscieniami róznej srednicy i grubosci. The subject of the industrial design is a fuel card intended for processing and recording purchases in electronic checkout systems supporting cashless sales of fuels, non-fuel products, and services at gas stations. Commonly known plastic credit cards, ATM cards, and loyalty cards are characterized by a rectangular shape with rounded corners, unique colors, and designs. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the card, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, color of inscriptions, and its ornamentation, giving the card a unique and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the obverse of the first card variant; Fig. 2 shows the reverse of the first card variant; Fig. 3 shows the obverse of the second card variant; Fig. 4 shows the reverse of the second card variant. Essential Features of the Industrial Design. Variety One: The card's reverse is in shades of red and is divided by an arc into two background zones: a darker left and a lighter right, on which two groups of centrally arranged circles are painted in whitened red, with surrounding rings of varying diameters and thicknesses. The third group of rings is the same color. The group of rings with the central circle partially covers the others. The card issuer's details are located in the upper left and lower right corners, while the ORLEN and BLISKA gas station logos are combined in the lower right corner. The circle and ring symbols on the card's obverse and reverse sides are mirror images, as shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 1). On the card's obverse, in the center of the main group of rings, a distinctive symbol dominates, consisting of simplified silhouettes of three vehicles: a van, a delivery van, and a truck. The FLOTA combined symbol is located in the upper left corner. The ORLEN combined symbol is located in the upper right corner. The obverse's color scheme is in shades of red and changes in a gradient from the upper right corner (darkest shade) to the lower left corner (lightest shade), as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2. Variety Two: The reverse of the card is in shades of blue and is divided by an arc into two zones: a darker left and a lighter right, on which are marked in light blue two groups of centrally arranged circles with surrounding rings of varying diameters and thicknesses. The third group of rings is the same color. The group of rings with the central cat partially covers the others. The card issuer's details are located in the upper and lower left corners, while the lower right corner features the ORLEN and BLISKA gas station logos. The circle and ring symbols on the card's obverse and reverse sides are mirror images, as shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 3). On the card's obverse, in the center of the main group of rings, a distinctive symbol dominates, consisting of simplified silhouettes of three vehicles: a van, a delivery van, and a truck. The FLOTA logo, representing the loyalty program for institutional customers run by PKN ORLEN, is located in the upper right corner. The ORLEN logo, in the upper right corner, features the ORLEN logo. The BIZNESTANK logo, in the lower edge of the card's obverse, is located above the bottom edge of the card. The color scheme of the obverse is in shades of blue and changes in a gradient from the upper right corner (the darkest shade) towards the lower left corner (the lightest shade), as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4.
