The subject of the industrial design is a fuel card intended for processing and recording purchases in electronic checkout systems supporting cashless sales of fuels, non-fuel products, and services at gas stations. Commonly known plastic credit, ATM, and loyalty cards are characterized by a rectangular shape with rounded corners, unique colors, and designs. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the item, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, colors, and ornamentation, giving the item a new and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the obverse of the card Fig. 2 shows the reverse of the card Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The fuel card is a rectangle with rounded corners. On the right side of the obverse of the card is a traffic light, with the lower light indicating a lit green light. The card's background is green and blue. In the upper right corner is the ORLEN logo, while in the upper left corner is the FLOTA logo, below which is a gold rectangle with rounded corners. Behind the central signal lamp, light reflections radiate in a gradient from blue-white to yellow-green. The background color of the reverse side of the card gradients from white to blue, with the left part representing an imitation of a flash of light.
