Nastepnie okazalo sie, ze przy doborze odpowiedniego oleju nie potrzeba wogóle zastosowywac srodka wspomagajacego emulsje, tak, ze emul¬ sje, wody i oleje, sporzadzone bez ta¬ kiego srodka, wspomagajacego emulsje, sa dostatecznie trwale, aby je mozna by¬ lo z korzyscia stosowac i to przy tem¬ peraturach, przy których nie moznaby uzywac oleju, wolnego od wody. W nie¬ których wypadkach jest polecenia god- nem zastosowanie takze innego srodka, wzmagajacego tworzenie sie emulsji, za¬ miast wody wapiennej. Z tego wynika faktycznie, ze polepszenie dzialania sma¬ rujacego nalezy przypisac wylacznie wo¬ dzie, wcielonej do oleju.
