UP PRL. Naklad 120 Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a method of producing licks for ruminants and other species of domestic animals and wild game. The use of licks in animal husbandry serves to supplement nutritional deficiencies of an organic nature and inorganic chemical compounds essential for the proper functioning of animal organisms. The role of licks in animal nutrition is well known. As the technique of making licks has progressed, the pizza has been improved with the addition of new elements. Commonly used licks are a mixture of the following salts: sodium chloride, cobalt sulfate, potassium iodide and copper sulfate. There are also other forms of licks called. rotary, in which the micronutrients are suspended in molasses or other thickened liquids. In recent years, a new method of preparing licks has been introduced, using gypsum as a binder. Bulgarian patent No. 19236 specifies the composition of the lick containing: urea, table salt, dicalcium phosphate, gypsum, calcium hydroxide and a mixture of micronutrients such as: iron, copper , zinc, manganese, cobalt, iodine. The micronutrients in the lick are in the form of inorganic salts. The licks based on the Bulgarian patent do not contain certain micronutrients important in animal nutrition. US Patent No. 4,027,043 concerning supplementary animal feed in the form of blocks also contains micronutrients in the form of inorganic salts. in a form very easily digestible by animals. In the method according to the invention, in the production of licks, in addition to components such as: table salt, urea, calcium phosphates, gypsum, calcium hydroxide, a mixture of microelements in the form of inorganic salts, sulphite liquors are used, which are known as natural chelate compounds. Chelated compounds are generally known chemical structures of organic bonds with metals or non-metals of biologically important elements. Sulfite lugs containing natural chelate compounds, apart from the source of the elements, are at the same time a binder of licks. The sulphite lugs are the effluent obtained in the production of cellulose by the sulphite method.2 117014 The process according to the invention consists in: homogeneous mixing of table salt, gypsum, sulphite slurry, urea and calcium phosphate. Sulfite lugs in licks constitute 2-10% of the total mass. The mixture is poured with the amount of water necessary to obtain a dense mass, which forms in the form of blocks. The invention is presented in more detail in the examples of implementation. Example I. 90 g of dried and finely ground salt is mixed with 7.75 g of gypsum and 2.25 g sulphite slug, then about 10 ml of water are added, thoroughly kneaded and formed into blocks. It is dried at room temperature for a period of 3-4 days or in an air dryer at 60 ° C until it hardens. The lick contains the following percentage: Klodawa table salt 90% gypsum 7.7% sulphite 2.3% The lick contains the following amounts of trace elements: Fe - 0.066 g Mn - 0.031 g Cu - 0.029 g Zn. -0.043g Mg - 0.064 g B -0.016g Mo - 0.002 g and trace amounts of: cobalt, chromium, selenium, nickel, cadmium. Example II. % composition Dry and finely ground salt - 36 g 36 urea - 20 g 20 calcium phosphate - 30 g 30 gypsum - 8 g 8 sulphite liquors - 6 g 6 100 g The ingredients are mixed homogeneously and then about 10 ml of water are added, kneaded thoroughly and forms blocks. They are dried at room temperature for a period of 3-4 days, or in an air dryer at 60 ° C until hardening. The composition of the licks is determined for individual species of animals depending on their needs for individual components. The bench contains the following amounts of microelements: Fe - 0.088 g Mn - 0.041 g Cu - 0.038 g Zn - 0.057 g Mg - 0.085 g B - 0.021 g Mo - 0.003 g and trace amounts of cobalt, chromium, selenium, nickel, cadmium. Patent claim Method of producing licks for animals consisting of table salt, urea, calcium phosphate, gypsum and micronutrients, characterized in that a 2-10% sulphite slug is added to the aqueous solution of licks, containing natural chelate compounds which are a source of easily digestible microelements and at the same time constitute a binder.
