There are known methods of utilization of rubber waste consisting in on their dissolution in the residues from oil processing. This liquefaction is carried out by using various types of solvents at temperatures up to 400°C. The product of this process is decomposer used as a various types of binder or asphalt additive. Another known method of waste utilization is decomposition by dry distillation in gas retorts in the temperature range of 400-560°C or 750-1000°C. The dry distillation process was carried out under normal or reduced pressure with steam or in an inert atmosphere. The obtained distillates were used as regeneration oils, solvents and plasticizers for natural and synthetic rubbers. The liquid fractions obtained in previously known decomposition methods (pyrolysis) have not been widely used in the production of engine fuels, due to their composition causing very difficult hydrogenation and their unpleasant smell. The use of the waste processing method according to the invention makes it possible to obtain a much better composition of fuels, and thus much easier their finalization, while their unpleasant smell completely disappears. During the tests carried out, an increased the efficiency of lighter fuels compared to the processing of only residual raw materials from crude oil processing, and products of higher quality were obtained compared to products obtained in the tire pyrolysis process. The aim of the invention is to enable industrial use , cumbersome and so far little used rubber scrap and other rubber waste to obtain full-value gaseous and liquid fuels and coke. The essence of the invention is a method of processing rubber waste into gaseous and liquid fuels using the method cracking. The initial treatment is the liquefaction of waste rubber, which dissolves in the residual petroleum products at temperatures. from 100-500°C. Such dissolved (liquefied) rubber waste is cracked into coke at a temperature of 450-580°C and a pressure of 0.15 to 1.2 MPa. Processing of rubber waste by cracking into coke together with products and/or residues from crude oil allows for the extensive use of these wastes for the production of gaseous and liquid fuels (including engine fuels) and coke, as well as the production of such valuable products as engine fuels from all available rubber waste. Rubbers, which are the basic materials for the production of tires, are made of hydrocarbons in which the hydrogen to carbon ratio is higher than in some residues from the processing of crude oil, which makes them a good raw material for the production of fuels by thermal decomposition. The addition of these raw materials to crude oil residues increases the total hydrogen to carbon ratio in the coking charge, which makes them more useful for the production of fuels using the coke cracking method. Introducing rubber waste with a sulfur content practically not exceeding 2% by weight. allows for reducing the sulfur content in the coke obtained in this process compared to cokes obtained from high-sulfur petroleum residues. The use of residual products from the processing of crude oil to convert rubber waste into a liquid state facilitates the process of thermal decomposition of hydrocarbons constituting rubber. Example of implementation The method according to the invention is shown in the drawing in a block diagram. Rubber scrap and vacuum residue are fed to the dissolving element 1, where the rubber is dissolved in the hot residue, creating a homogeneous liquid called reclaimed material at an appropriate temperature. Maintaining the required temperature in the dissolving element 1 is ensured by the circulation of the reclaimed material between the dissolving element 1 and heating element 2. After heating the obtained product directly in the heat exchange element 3 and then diaphragm in the second stage heating element 4, it is directed to the coking element 5, where coke is separated and the separated steam phase is directed to to the condensation section and separation 6. The liquid and gaseous products obtained in this section are the final products of the installation from which they are discharged to the tanks. The coking section 5 is divided into cyclically operating sections and after coke is deposited in one section, it is cooled , and the coke is removed and sorted from it; the remaining sections work at this time. The process is carried out in such a way that rubber waste is placed in extractors through which heated residual products from the processing of crude oil, which have the ability to dissolve rubber, are forced. The extraction temperature is gradually raised to around 100 -500°C, depending on the solvent used, feeding increasingly higher heated solvent and/or rubber solution in solvents to the extractors. When extraction is carried out in this way, the entire soluble part is dissolved in the petroleum products, and the substances capable of forming a suspension form the dispersed phase in these solutions. The extraction process is carried out long enough until solutions in the remaining products are obtained. 30 35 40 45 50 55 tach of crude oil in the amount of 35-50% rubber in relation to the solvent, but suitable for pumping (forcing) in the next stages of the technological process. The raw material prepared for cracking in this way is heated to raise the temperature in diaphragmless heat exchangers and then in diaphragm heat exchangers or furnaces and is directed to the coking section. The coking section 5 consists of a stripping column, a furnace and coking chambers. The heated recyclable from section 4 is fed to the bottom of the stripping column. This column separates some of the gaseous and liquid fractions, which are directed to the fractionating column of section 6. The residue from the bottom of the stripper column is heated in a tube furnace, heating it to the temperature at which the Krakow reaction takes place. ¬ tion and coke formation. Vapors from the top of the coking chambers are also directed to the fractionating column. Gas, gasoline, diesel and fuel oils are collected from the fractionating column. Coke produced in coking chambers is removed by commonly known methods, e.g. by a hydromonitor. Example I. 1000 g of a 50% solution of reclaimed rubber (rubber waste dissolved in 25% vacuum poeostasis from Romashkin crude oil) was introduced into the retort, where it was heated to 450°C and maintained at this temperature throughout the collection of the gaseous and liquid fractions. w After the separation of liquid and gaseous products was completed, the coke contained in the retort was heated to a temperature of 550°C and maintained at this temperature by constantly blowing superheated steam for 2 hours. The liquid products condensed in the cooler were distilled. The remaining mass of coke was cooled to ambient temperature and selected from the retort. 65 Properties of the charge Specific gravity 1.11 Flash point open crucible) closed Content of compounds insoluble in benzene Ash content Sulfur content Residue after coking Softening temperature Coking balance Input: Rubber waste (cut up tires) Residue 25% of crude oil solution 50% Products Gas fraction (fuel gas) Gasoline fraction up to 180°C Diesel fraction up to 285°C Fuel oil fraction Coke Losses (including fraction separation) Total: g/m3 258/152°C 16.0% 2, 3% 2.4% 30.9% 47.3°C 1000 g 183 g 160 g 157 g 55 g 380 g 65 g 1000 g115 716 Properties density kg/m3 solidification temperature°C 1. acidic according to KOH /g 1. iodine g J/100 g aniline °C hay content % coke content °/ash content % reclaimed coking products fraction up to 180° 893.2 -72 0.02375 79, 40. 31.9 0.7055 0.01115 — 180— 250° 881.2 ^21 0.06025 43.845 45.4 1.557 0.0154 — 258— 285° 914.4 +A —* 43.808 54.2 1.811 0.03.0 — Coke — — — — — 4.288 92.0 3.53 At Clade II.
