Symbole graficzne Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa symbole graficzne przeznaczone do naklejane na opakowywania lub produkty, udzielajac informacji odnosnie produktu, jego jakosci i ceny. W odniesieniu do zblizonych produktów tego rodzaju, symbole graficzne wedlug wzoru wyrózniaja sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowym ksztalcie i szacie graficznej. W drugim wariancie wykonania, zólte tlo stanowi okolo 1 / 4 dlugosci promienia symbolu graficznego, wewnatrz usytuowane sa wspólsrodkowo umieszczone niebieskie okregi, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie niebieskie strzaly grotami skierowanymi ku srodkowi. The subject of an industrial design are graphic symbols intended to be affixed to packaging or products, providing information about the product, its quality, and price. Compared to similar products of this type, the graphic symbols in the design are distinguished by their new form, manifesting themselves in a new shape and graphic design. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a front view of the graphic symbols, in which Fig. 1 - the first variant of the graphic symbol, Fig. 2 - the second variant of the graphic symbol, Fig. 3 - the third variant of the graphic symbol, Fig. 4 - the fourth variant of the graphic symbol, Fig. 5 - the fifth variant of the graphic symbol, Fig. 6 - the sixth variant of the graphic symbol. Graphic symbols, based on the industrial design, are characterized by being circular with a yellow background and blue-and-white drawings in the center. In the first variant, the yellow background constitutes approximately 1/4 of the length of the graphic symbol's radius. Inside, there is a blue circle filled with stylized drawings depicting a jug half-full of liquid and a vessel into which liquid is poured from the jug. In the second variant, the yellow background constitutes approximately 1/4 of the length of the graphic symbol's radius. Inside, there are concentric blue circles, between which are blue arrows with their tips pointing inward. Within the smaller circle is a stylized drawing of a jug. In the third variant, the yellow background constitutes approximately 1/4 of the radius of the graphic symbol, and within it is a blue circle filled with stylized drawings of a jug with bottles placed inside a rectangular chest. In the fourth variant, the yellow background constitutes approximately 1/4 of the radius of the graphic symbol, and within it is a blue circle filled with a stylized drawing of a pig with the number 1 above it in the circle. In the fifth variant, the drawing of a stylized jug is centrally placed on a yellow background. In the sixth embodiment, the yellow background constitutes approximately 1/4 of the radius of the graphic symbol, with a blue circle inside filled with stylized drawings depicting glass vessels placed in a stylized rectangular basket. The essential features of this industrial design are that they are circular with a yellow background, and the central part contains drawings in blue and white, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-6. In the fourth variant of the embodiment, the yellow background constitutes approximately 1/4 of the length of the radius of the graphic symbol, inside there is a blue circle filled with a stylized drawing of a pig and above it in the circle the number 1, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 4. In the fifth variant of the embodiment, on the yellow background there is a centrally located drawing of a stylized jug, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 5.
