Butelka z oslonka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdobna butelka z oslonka , ze specjalnym korkiem do którego mocowana jest probówka na gadzety. Butelka przeznaczona jest na artykuly monopolowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym Fig.1. przedstawia butelke od strony oslonki w ksztalcie napisu, Fig.2. - strone przeciwna. Rozwiazaniem wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest prosta butelka, o wydluzonym ksztalcie, zwezajaca sie w kierunku prostej szyjki zakonczonej korkiem, przy czym korek od strony butelki zaopatrzony jest w przezroczysta probówke, w której umieszcza sie róznego rodzaju gadzety dostosowane do okolicznosci i potencjonalnego odbiorcy. Na czesci obwodu butelki na calej jej dlugosci umieszczona jest oslonka, wykonana korzystnie z elastycznego tworzywa sztucznego, w ksztalcie przestrzennego napisu „UTOPIA". Cechy istotne przedstawionego wzoru przemyslowego to cechy postaciowe, które wyrózniaja zgloszony wzór od innych znanych juz wzorów i stanowia podstawe do jego identyfikacji, a wiec ksztalt i wzór oslonki umieszczonej na butelce oraz korek zakonczony probówka na gadzety, a w szczególnosci zestawienie tych elementów. Jak pokazano na rysunku , rozwiazanie wedlug wzoru sklada sie z butelki 1, korka 2, zakonczonego od strony wkladanej do butelki przezroczysta probówka 3 oraz oslonki 4 w ksztalcie napisu „UTOPIA". Oslonka 4 uksztaltowana jest po jednej stronie butelki i tak by widoczne byly inne wymagane etykiety i zawartosc butelki. PLBottle with a Cap. The industrial design is a decorative bottle with a cap, with a special stopper to which a test tube for gadgets is attached. The bottle is intended for liquor products. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side with the cap in the shape of an inscription, and Fig. 2 shows the opposite side. The industrial design is a simple bottle, elongated in shape, tapering towards a straight neck ending in a cork. The cork on the bottle side is equipped with a transparent test tube in which various gadgets can be placed, adapted to the occasion and the potential recipient. A cap, preferably made of flexible plastic, in the shape of a three-dimensional inscription "UTOPIA" is placed along part of the bottle's circumference along its entire length. The essential features of the presented industrial design are the features of form that distinguish the submitted design from other known designs and constitute the basis for its identification, i.e., the shape and design of the cover placed on the bottle and the stopper with a test tube for gadgets, and in particular the combination of these elements. As shown in the drawing, the solution according to the design consists of bottle 1, stopper 2, topped on the side where the transparent test tube 3 is inserted into the bottle, and cover 4 in the shape of the inscription "UTOPIA." Cover 4 is shaped on one side of the bottle to allow other required labels and the bottle's contents to be visible.
