Roz¬ wiazania te wymagaja w przypadku przemieszczania przenosników uzycia znacznej sily, ponadto nie posia¬ daja nalezytego zabezpieczenia przed wzajemnym prze¬ sunieciem sie czlonu ruchomego wzgledem czlonu nieruchomego. Szczególne zagrozenie dla obslugi wyste¬ puje w przypadku czlonu uchylnego, gdzie istnieje mozli¬ wosc odbicia siejego o podloze w momencie powrotu do pozycji wyjsciowej. Rolki 4 maja mozliwosc obrotu w plaszczyznie pionowej, natomiast obrotowy wózek 11112 334 w plaszczyznie poziomej. Ruchomy czlon 1 polaczony jest z jednej strony z kolejnym stalym czlonem 2'przenos¬ nika walkowego za pomoca zawiasu 6 przymocowanego do ram czlonu ruchomego 1 i stalego 2'przenosnika wal¬ kowego. Natomiast umieszczony w zawiasie sworzen 7 stanowi os obrotu ruchomej czesci 1. W celu zabezpiecze¬ nia przed wzajemnym przesunieciem ruchomego czlonu 1 wzgladem stalego czlonu 2 zastosowano ryglujaca zasuwe 8 przymocowana do ram czlonów 1 i 2. UP PRL naklad 120+18 Cena 45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a rotating member of a roller conveyor, installed in production departments, especially in departments of a cast iron foundry, the rotating member enables rotation in the horizontal plane at an angle of 90 ° or 180 ° and thus allows for safe and simple access to internal facilities. as well as access to mechanized molding stations, especially in the case of closed transport lines of roller conveyors. Known from the literature solutions of roller conveyors enabling access to closed positions are, for example, roller carriages, roller turntables and tilting units published in "Catalog of transport devices of the type of non-driven roller conveyors" issued by Fabryka Maszyn Odlewniczych in Krakow in 1973. These solutions require the use of considerable force when moving the conveyors, moreover, they do not have adequate protection against mutual displacement of the r removable with regard to the fixed element. A particular risk for handling occurs in the case of a tilting element, where it is possible to bounce it against the ground when it returns to the starting position. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the inconvenience of the previous solutions and to construct such a roller conveyor element, which is simple and safe at the same time. This method will ensure its rotation. The invention is based on a rotary member located between the fixed members of the roller conveyors. This member is supported on supports ended with rotating rollers running on the tracks in the floor. The rotating member is connected, on one side, with a fixed member of the roller conveyor by means of a locking bolt fixed to their frames, and on the other side with another fixed member - a hinge, also attached to the frames of both parts, the pin placed at the sling being the axis of rotation of the movable part of the roller conveyor. Rotation of the conveyor takes place by guiding it along the tracks by means of a handle also attached to the frame, which requires the use of a small force, about 5 kg. The subject of the invention is shown in The example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the lines of the roller conveyor including a rotating member in a side view, and Fig. 2 - the lines of the conveyor in a top view. The roller conveyor member is divided into two parts, a movable part represented by a rotor this section 1 and a permanent section 2 The fixed member 2 is supported on supports 5 fixed to the ground, while the member 1 on the supports 3 terminated with rotating rollers 4 on the side of the fixed member 2 and a rotating carriage 11 with a roller 4 on the side of the roller conveyor 2 '. The rollers 4 have the possibility of rotation in the vertical plane, while the rotating carriage 11112 334 in the horizontal plane. The movable member 1 is connected, on the one hand, to another fixed member 2 'of the cylindrical shifter by means of a hinge 6 attached to the frames of the movable member 1 and a fixed 2 ′ shaft shaft. On the other hand, the pin 7 placed in the hinge constitutes the axis of rotation of the movable part 1. In order to protect against the mutual displacement of the movable member 1 with respect to the fixed member 2, a locking bolt 8 is used, fastened to the frames of the members 1 and 2. The rotation of the member 1 takes place by driving the rollers 4 on tracks DU are placed in the truck after the bolt 8 is unlocked. Part 1 is equipped with a manual handle 10 for shifting the conveyor. - Patent claims 1.
