Description

Okopowe zasypywane sa do kosza, gdzie sa roz¬ drabniane nozami tnacymi.Siekacz wedlug wynalazku posiada dwa wspólpracu¬ jace ze soba elementy robocze umieszczone jeden w dru¬ gim, umocowane pionowo na wale napedowym.Elementami roboczymi sa, badzdwa elementy o ksztalcie stozków, badz tez o ksztalcie walca i stozka.Siekacz wedlugwynalazku charakteryzuje sie wysokim stopniem wykorzstania drogi noza. Dzieki temu posiada on wysoka wydajnosc. W dolnej czesci kosza 1 znajduja sie elementy robocze, stozek wewnetrzny 4 umieszczony wewnatrz stozka zewnetrznego 5. Oba elementy zaopatrzone sa w noze tnace. Przestrzen pomiedzy elementami roboczymi 4 i 5 podzielonajest przegrodami 3 w celu zabezpieczenia przed toczeniem sie okopowych po obwodzie elementów 4, 5. Elementy robocze 4, 5 osadzone sa na wale 6. W dolnej czesci kosza 1, ponizej elementów roboczych 4, 5 znajduje sie zsyp 7. Calosc oparta jest na nogach 8. Wal 6 napedzany jes't poprzez przekladnie 9 silnikiem 10.W rozwiazaniu wedlug fig. 2 elementami roboczymi sa stozek 11 umieszczony wewnatrz walca 12.Okopowe dostarczane sa do kosza 1, wpadajac pomie¬ dzy elementy robocze 4,5 lub 11,12, gdzie zostaja pociete i w miare zmniejszania, sie ich objetosci przechodza do dolnej czesci przestrzeni roboczej i dalej do zsypu 7, wypadajac po nim na zewnatrz do zbiornika.Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Poligraf. Rotary drums are equipped with cutting knives. The operating elements are also rotary disks with a vertical or horizontal axis of rotation, also placed in the charging hopper. Roots are poured into a basket, where they are broken with cutting knives. According to the invention, the chipper has two cooperating working elements placed one in the other, fixed vertically on the drive shaft. The working elements are, or Also in the shape of a cylinder and a cone. The chopper according to the invention is characterized by a high degree of utilization of the knife path. As a result, it has a high efficiency. The incisor according to the invention is presented in an exemplary embodiment in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the incisor with conical-shaped working elements, Fig. 2 a fragment of an incisor with working elements in the form of a cylinder and a cone. from the charging hopper 1, inside which there is a guide cone 2, whose task is to evenly separate the trench along its entire circumference. There are working elements in the lower part of the basket 1, the inner cone 4 is placed inside the outer cone 5. Both elements are equipped with cutting knives. The space between the working elements 4 and 5 is divided by partitions 3 to prevent the trench from rolling along the perimeter of the elements 4, 5. The working elements 4, 5 are mounted on the shaft 6. In the lower part of the basket 1, below the working elements 4, 5 there is a chute 7. The whole is based on the legs 8. The shaft 6 is driven by the gear 9 by the engine 10. In the solution according to Fig. 2, the working elements are a cone 11 located inside the roller 12. The hoops are delivered to the basket 1, falling between the working elements 4,5 or 11,12, where they are cut and, as they decrease, their volumes go to the lower part of the working space and then to the chute 7, falling outside into the tank. Patent claims 1. Root chopper, characterized by tyra, that it has two cooperating working elements (4, 5 or 11, 12) placed one in the other and fixed vertically on the drive shaft (6). 2. The chopper according to claims As claimed in claim 1, characterized in that with the working elements working together are two cones (4 and 5). 3. The chopper according to claims Fig. 1, characterized in that, with the working elements cooperating, there is a cylinder (11) and a cone (12). Fig. 4 Fig. 2 Fig. Typographer.
