Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do nanoszenia powlok ochronnych w postaci proszków, cieczy i aerozolów na formy z mas formowanych na wilgotno lub utwardzonych.Powloki ochronne w postaci proszków nanosi sie na powierzchnie formy za pomoca sita. Nanoszenie cieklych powlok ochronnych na formy dokonuje sie recznie za pomoca pedzla lub przez natryskiwanie pistoletem rozpylajacym strumien cieklej powloki. Nanoszenie przez polewanie dokonuje sie równiez za pomoca pistoletu, z którego wy*plywa struga powloki skierowana na powierzchnie formy. Do nanoszenia powlok przez zanurzenie stosowane sa zbiorniki z ciekla powloka, do której zanurza sie recznie lub mechanicznie formy lub rdzenie.Procesy nanoszenia powlok na formy znanymi urzadzeniami wymagaja czasu od kilku do kilkudziesieciu minut w zaleznosci od rodzaju urzadzenia i wielkosci powierzchni formy.
