Nowosc wynalazku niniejszego polega na sposobie wytwarzania sztucznego na¬ wozu, tak zwanej tomasówki, z fosfory¬ tów, na które dzialaja jony chlorowodo¬ rowe.Dzialajac na KCl kwasem siarkowym otrzymujemy siarczan potasu K2S04 i kwas solny HCl wedlug równania: 2 KCl + H2SO± = K2S04 + 2 HCl.Mieszanina siarczanu potasowego i kwasu solnego dziala, sie na fosforyty (trójzasadowy fosforan wapna) i otrzy¬ muje sie dwuzasadowy fosforan wapna, siarczan potasu i chlorek wapnia wedlug równania; Ca3P208 + (K2S04+2HCl) = 2CaHP04 + CaC/2 + K2SO±.Oprócz tego fosforyty (trójzasadowy fosforan wapna) miesza sie z KCl i zadaje sie kwasem siarkowym wedlug równania: (CasP208 + 2KCI) + H2S04 = 2CaHPOA + K2S04+CaCl2, Produkt otrzymany opisanemi dwoma sposobami o skladzie obojetnym zawiera 85% rozpuszczalnego kwasu fosforowego w kwasie cytrynowym dwuprocentowym w stosunku do ogólnej jego ilosci w wo¬ dzie, potasu % i wapna ^/± w stosunku do zawartosci kwasu fosforowego. Dzieki tymzaletom produkt ten nadaje sie doskona¬ le jako nawóz sztuczny. In addition, phosphates (calcium phosphate tribasic) are mixed with KCl and treated with sulfuric acid according to the equation: (CasP208 + 2KCI) + H2SO4 = 2CaHPOA + K2S04 + CaCl2 The product obtained with the neutral composition described by two methods contains 85% soluble phosphoric acid in citric acid 2% in relation to its total amount in water, potassium% and lime in relation to the phosphoric acid content.
