Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plecak mlodziezowy, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do celów szkolnych albo turystycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawiaja sie w strukturze i materiale wytworu, ukladzie linii oraz kompozycji kolorystycznej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, w postaci zbiorczego zestawienia i w postaci 7 odmian kompozycji kolorystycznych, na oddzielnych fotografiach. Kazda z odmian ma charakterystyczna, paraboliczna kieszen na frontowej scianie plecaka , utworzona przez trzy elementy: srodkowy, kolorowy o klinopodobnej formie z lekko wcieta podstawa i dwa, symetrycznie rozmieszczone boczne elementy w ksztalcie wydluzonych, rozwartokatnych trójkatów, wykonanych z dziurkowanej tkaniny dystansowej o strukturze gabki, której próbka materialowa zostala dolaczona. Kazda z odmian ma w dolnej czesci element ozdobny w formie „lezki", skladajacy sie z czarnej siatki, której próbka materialowa zostala zalaczona, pokrywajacej kolorowy material. W dolnej czesci przedniej sciany plecaka znajduje sie element ozdobny w formie wydluzonej „lezki" skladajacy sie z czarnej siatki pokrywajacej kolorowy material, oddzielony od kieszeni plecaka pasem materialu w kolorze odpowiadajacym dominujacej barwie plecaka. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are reflected in the product's structure and materials, line layout, and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, both as a collective selection and in seven color scheme variations, presented separately. Each variation features a distinctive, parabolic pocket on the front wall of the backpack, formed by three elements: a central, colorful, wedge-shaped pocket with a slightly indented base, and two symmetrically arranged side elements in the shape of elongated, obtuse triangles, made of perforated spacer fabric with a sponge-like structure. A material sample of this pocket is included. Each variety has a decorative element in the lower part in the form of a "teardrop", consisting of a black mesh, a material sample of which is attached, covering a colored material. The variant with dominant black and orange colors is shown in Fig. 1, the variant in blue and light version is illustrated in Fig. 2, the variant with dominant khaki and beige colors is shown in Fig. 3, the variant with red and black colors is shown in Fig. 4. Fig. 5 demonstrates the variant with dominant black and red colors, Fig. 6 - the variant in gray and red colors, and Fig. 7 shows the variant in basic steel and black colors. The essential features of the industrial design are: a parabolic pocket located on the front part of the backpack with an arched base, composed of a centrally located colored, wedge-like element and two symmetrically arranged elements, arranged symmetrically on the sides of the wedge-shaped central element, in a form resembling an elongated obtuse triangle, made of black or gray, perforated spacer fabric with a sponge structure. At the bottom of the front wall of the backpack there is a decorative element in the form of an elongated "teardrop" consisting of a black mesh covering a colored material, separated from the backpack pocket by a strip of material in a color corresponding to the dominant color of the backpack. In the variant of the industrial design shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, the wedge-like central element of the parabolic pocket, located on the front wall of the backpack, is orange, and the elongated, obtuse triangles adjacent to it on both sides are made of perforated, gray spacer fabric with a sponge structure. The black mesh covers the orange element in the shape of an elongated "teardrop" located at the bottom of the backpack. The backpack is made in the dominant colors of black and orange. In the backpack variant, according to the industrial design shown in the attached photo 2, the wedge-like central element of the parabolic pocket located on the front wall of the backpack is light in color, and the elongated, obtuse triangles adjacent to it on both sides are made of perforated, gray spacer fabric with a sponge-like structure. Black mesh covers the light, elongated "teardrop"-shaped element located at the bottom of the backpack. The backpack is made in dominant blue and light colors. In the industrial design variant shown in photo 3, the wedge-like central element of the parabolic pocket located on the front wall of the backpack is beige in color, and the elongated, obtuse triangles adjacent to it on both sides are made of perforated, black spacer fabric with a sponge-like structure. Black mesh covers the beige, elongated teardrop-shaped element located at the bottom of the backpack. The backpack is made in dominant colors of khaki and beige. In the industrial design variant shown in photo 4, the wedge-like central element of the parabolic pocket located on the front wall of the backpack is black, and the elongated, obtuse triangles adjacent to it on both sides are made of perforated, black spacer fabric with a sponge-like structure. Black mesh covers the black, elongated teardrop-shaped element located at the bottom of the backpack. The backpack is made in dominant colors of red and black. In the backpack variant, according to the industrial design, shown in photo 5, the wedge-like central element of the parabolic pocket located on the front wall of the backpack is red, and the elongated, obtuse triangles adjacent to it on both sides are made of perforated, black spacer fabric with a sponge-like structure. Black mesh covers the red, elongated "teardrop"-shaped element located at the bottom of the backpack. The backpack is made in the dominant colors of black and red. In the industrial design variant illustrated in photo 6, the wedge-like central element of the parabolic pocket located on the front wall of the backpack is red, and the elongated, obtuse triangles adjacent to it on both sides are made of perforated, black spacer fabric with a sponge-like structure. A black mesh covers the red element in the shape of an elongated "teardrop" located at the bottom of the backpack. The backpack is made in a dominant gray and red color scheme. In the version of the backpack, according to the industrial design, shown in photo 7, the wedge-like central element of the parabolic pocket located on the front wall of the backpack is black, and the elongated, obtuse triangles adjacent to it on both sides are made of perforated, gray spacer fabric with a sponge structure. The black mesh covers the black element in the shape of an elongated "teardrop" located at the bottom of the backpack. The backpack is made in a dominant steel and black color scheme.
