Object of the invention

The object of the invention relates to an assembly system not visible externally, which applied to modules manufactured independently, allows them to be easily assembled together by the user, as shown in Figure 6.

This invention falls within the field of research and design of manufacturing systems applied to the leather goods sector.

The zipper, which is one of the elements that are part of the assembly system of these interchangeable modules, is invisible externally, and therefore does not evidence their union, while being protected, as shown in Figure 2.

Another problem that derives from the way of placing visible zippers on the edges, is that of breakage due to the effect of rubbing, for which they are not intended.

These documents present prototypes of bag and luggage bag formed by pieces joined with zippers. The prototypes described in these documents have used a zipper that allows you to separate your pieces. The way to place these zippers visibly on the edges exposes them to the same problems of friction and breakage of the previous cases, without providing evolutionary solutions that solve these technical problems.

The object of the present invention evolves and gives solution to the problems of friction zipper breakage, using the assembly system not visible externally, which conceals the rack between two overlapping modules and protects it from deterioration by use. The assembly system also provides technical solutions for aesthetic and usability purposes, making it possible to replace modules with others of different materials and colors without being affected by the presence of visible zippers.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The bag, as a fashion element that complements the way people dress, requires a certain aesthetic appearance to harmonize with the clothing. The conventional bag is static and offers no possibility to transform it aesthetically; It is also affected by the deterioration of everyday use. The analysis of these circumstances generates the idea of manufacturing bags with more and different possibilities of use both aesthetically and practically, that is, bags that can change colors, materials or a damaged piece, without having to acquire another. To make this possible, a system should be created that makes it easy to replace and exchange the pieces that make up the bags.

Our invention proposes an assembly system not visible externally, which applied to modules manufactured independently, allows them to be easily assembled together, to be able to build bags, bags or wallets composed of these replaceable modules (Figure 2). The assembly system is characterized by using the functions of a set of elements such as pieces of leather (5, 6), pieces of fabric (7), zippers with separator (1, 2) and clasps (4, 5) of union that placed between them in a specific way and joined by means of gluing, sewing or riveting and incorporated into some types of module with a construction

compatible, they get a new and specific assembly action. (Figure 6)

In the state of the art we find cases of prototypes that use zippers to achieve different functions or ways of joining pieces that make up bags and luggage bags. In all these cases the zippers are placed externally by the perimeter of the pieces in a visible way and exposed to the race, which causes their breakage.

The object of the present invention evolves and solves the problems of zipper breakage by race, using the assembly system not visible externally, which positions the rack between two overlapping modules that hide it from view and protect it from roots by the use (Figure 2). The assembly system also provides technical solutions for aesthetic and usability purposes, making it possible to replace modules with others of different materials and colors without being affected by the presence of externally visible zippers.

The models of bags, bags or wallets, object of this description are composed of modules, which can be external and internal. The external modules are those that overlap the internal modules. Depending on the model to be performed, the scheme can be composed of one, two or more external modules and one, two or more internal modules. (Figure 2)

Each of the modules has two faces: One exterior, which we will call cover (13) and another interior, which we will call lining (14) on this side lining is where the assembly system not visible externally is constructed (Figures 4 , 5).

The lining consists of leather pieces (5, 6), pieces of fabric (7), zippers with separator (1, 2) and brooches (3, 4) and its final construction should have the same size and shape as its cover.

Detailed description of a preferred realization

The construction of the lining for external modules (Figure 4) is composed of two pieces of skin called an overlapping strip (5) of 2 to 4 cm of transverse measure to which a zipper band with a stop is incorporated longitudinally on one of its sides and box (1), which is the one that snows the cursor. These joined elements are placed on each of the two longitudinal sides of the center piece of fabric (7), leaving the entire assembly fixed with adhesive to subsequently sew (8) along the perimeter of the piece of fabric. Once the lining is constructed, we will attach it to its cover on the back side, prefixing it with adhesive, to later make the final sewing (17) by the outer perimeter of the cover. To this module, we will place the female part of a snap, in each of its four angles, positioned between 1.5 and 2.5 cm from the sides. These brooches will serve for the perfect overlap of the external modules with the internal ones (16).

The construction of the lining for the internal modules (figure 5) is composed of a piece of skin called sight (6) placed and sewn (9) on another piece of fabric (7), and once these two pieces are joined, the Zipper band with stopper and herrete (2) placing it with adhesive between the cover piece and the lining piece by its perimeter and symmetrically guided by the reference marks to finally sew by the cover perfometer ( 18) that joins the two pieces. Being these modules to which the male part of a snap (4) is placed in each of its angles, positioned between 1.5 and 2.5 cm from the sides.

Once the external and internal modules that make up each model have been built, it can finally be assembled (Figure 6).

The assembly process we describe does not vary even if the models and their shapes change. The design of the outer faces or covers is not affected by the assembly system motive of the invention.
