Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plecak mlodziezowy z uchwytem i wieszakiem, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do celów szkolnych albo turystycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawiaja sie w strukturze i materiale wytworu, ukladzie linii oraz kompozycji kolorystycznej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, w postaci zbiorczego zestawienia i w postaci 5 odmian kompozycji kolorystycznych, na oddzielnych fotografiach oraz z zalaczeniem próbek tkaniny dystansowej. Kazda z odmian ma trzy elementy ozdobne usytuowane w dolnej czesci przedniej sciany plecaka: najnizej polozony kolorowy element ma ksztalt wydluzonej „lezki". Drugi element znajdujacy sie nad „lezka" ma forme splaszczonej, odwróconej litery „V" z niewielkim wybrzuszeniem w czesci srodkowej, wykonany z czarnej lub szarej, dziurkowanej tkaniny dystansowej o strukturze gabczastej, obszytej od góry, na brzegach, pogrubiona tkanina tzw. biza w kolorze materialu z którego wykonana jest „lezka". Najwyzej polozony element z kolorowej tkaniny ma ksztalt rozciagnietej litery „V", z lekkim wybrzuszeniem w czesci srodkowej, siegajacej do polowy wysokosci plecaka. Brzegi elementu sa obszyte pogrubiona róznokolorowa tkanina tzw. biza. PLThe industrial design is for a youth backpack with a handle and hanger, intended primarily for school or travel purposes. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are reflected in the product's structure and material, line layout, and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, as a collective list and in the form of five color scheme variations, in separate photographs, and with spacer fabric samples attached. Each variation has three decorative elements located on the lower part of the front wall of the backpack: the lowest colored element is shaped like an elongated "teardrop." The second element, located above the "teardrop," is in the form of a flattened, inverted "V" with a slight bulge in the center. Made of black or gray, perforated spacer fabric with a spongy structure, trimmed at the top and edges with thickened "teardrop" fabric. The edge of the fabric is the same color as the material from which the "teardrop" is made. The highest element made of colored fabric has the shape of a stretched "V," with a slight bulge in the middle, reaching halfway up the backpack. The edges of the element are trimmed with a thick, multi-colored fabric, the so-called "edge." The variant with the dominant colors of red and black, with a black spacer fabric, is shown in photo Fig. 1; the variant in the steel-gray version, with a gray spacer fabric, is illustrated in photo Fig. 2; the variant with the dominant color of orange-black, with a black spacer fabric, is shown in photo Fig. 3; the variant with the steel-blue color, with a gray spacer fabric, is shown in photo Fig. 4. The lowest decorative element, in the shape of an elongated 'teardrop', is orange. The second decorative element above it, in the shape of a flattened, inverted "V," with a small bulge in the middle, is made of black, perforated spacer fabric with a sponge-like structure. The upper edge of the spacer fabric is trimmed with a thickened, orange so-called 'beza' fabric. The third, highest element, reaching halfway up the backpack, is made of a white material in the shape of a stretched "V" with a slight bulge in the middle, and is trimmed with a thick black "beza" fabric. The industrial design shown in photo 4, with two dominant colors: steel and blue, features three decorative elements at the bottom of the backpack's front wall. The lowest decorative element, in the shape of an elongated "teardrop," is steel.
