The present utility model relates to the composition for making sweet sour sauce enriched with chickpea comprising the following: 118 grams water; 50 grams sugar;45 grams vinegar;7 .5 grams comstarch;2.95 grams salt;30 grams oil; 1 0 grams chili pepper ( Capsicum annum); and 100 grams boiled; and ground chickpea seeds (kabuli variety). With the inclusion of chickpea in the ingredient it adds to the nutrient content of the sweet sour sauce.
