Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of freight vehicle manufacturing, and particularly to a rear suspension damping device and a freight vehicle. The rear suspension damping device includes steel plate spring seats, a vehicle frame, a rear axle and dampers. The steel plate spring seats are mounted on left and right sides of the rear axle, and the steel plate spring seat located on each of the sides is connected thereon with a lower damper pin shaft, each of a left longitudinal beam and a right longitudinal beam of the vehicle frame is connected with an upper damper pin shaft, and the dampers are connected between the lower damper pin shaft and the upper damper pin shaft located at a same side, respectively. Different from the prior art, there is no need to additionally weld two lower damper brackets on an axle housing of the rear axle, and therefore, the manufacturing process is relatively simple and the production cost is relatively low. Besides, since the damper located on the left side is mounted behind the rear axle and thus would not interfere with a part such as a load sensing pressure proportioning valve of a hydraulic braking system, such rear suspension damping device can be widely used in light freight vehicles. (Fig. 1)
