A panel wall structure construction system that provides an alternative wall construction system reducing construction time and costs by using superposed prefabricated solid wall panels installed side-by-side with superposed hollow blocks, both connected to vertical reinforcement bars spacedly disposed on slab, where the inner core or hollow portions of said superposed hollow blocks are filled with concrete thereby forming a monolithic wall structure applicable for building walls and fence. Consequently, the hollow blocks still provide an option to secure electrical conduit hose and water pipes through the hollow portion of said hollow blocks.
