Abstract

[Problem] To provide an excellent mold release film for the production of a ceramic green sheet, which is capable of achieving a good balance between reduction of unwinding electrification and prevention of pinholes, partial thickness variation and the like even in cases where a ceramic green sheet is reduced in thickness. [Solution] A mold release film for the production of a ceramic green sheet, which uses a polyester film that substantially contains no inorganic particles as the substrate, while having a mold release coating layer on one surface of the substrate and a slippery coating layer containing particles on the other surface of the substrate, and wherein the slippery coating layer is obtained by curing a composition which contains an acrylic resin and at least one crosslinking agent that is selected from among oxazoline-based crosslinking agents and carbodiimide-based crosslinking agents.
