Abstract
The release film (1) for a ceramic green sheet manufacturing process is provided with a substrate (11) and a releasing agent layer (12) disposed on a first surface (111) of the substrate. The releasing agent layer (12) is formed from a releasing agent composition containing an active energy ray curable component (A) and a photopolymerization initiator (B). The active energy ray curable component (A) is formed by reacting: a hydroxyl group-containing (meta)acrylate (a1) having at least 3 (meta)acryloyl groups on average within one molecule; a multi-isocyanate compound (a2); and a straight chain dimethyl organopolysiloxane (a3) having at least one hydroxyl group within one molecule, and for which the weight average molecular weight is 500 to 8000. The reaction is performed so that the weight of (a3) with respect to the total weight of (a1), (a2), and (a3) is, in a weight ratio, 0.01 to 0.10. The thickness of the releasing agent layer (12), the arithmetic average roughness (Ra1) and the maximum projection height (Rp1) for the surface (121) of the releasing agent layer, and the arithmetic average roughness (Ra2) and the maximum projection height (Rp2) for the second surface (112) of the substrate are within predetermined ranges.
