Abstract

La caja aloja y retiene un terminal de conexion (TC), en el cual se conectan un conector terminal (CE) de un cable "drop" (CD) y un enchufe terminal (PE) de un cable optico (CO) de usuario y comprende una base (10) que presenta una cara anterior (10a) que incorpora: junto al primer borde extremo (11), una mordaza (20) provista de dientes (22), que reciben y retienen un tramo del cable "drop" (CD); en una region central, un par de mordazas laterales (30) para bloquear el terminal de conexion (TC); y, junto al segundo borde extremo (12), un marco (18) que presenta una ventana central (18a) para el paso del cable optico (CO). La caja comprende ademas una tapa (60), que presenta una pared anterior (61), paredes extremas (62) provistas de ventanas (62a) que circundan, respectivamente, una porcion de la mordaza (20) y la ventana central (18a) del marco (18), y las paredes longitudinales (63), que pueden bloquearse contra la cara anterior (10a) de la base (10).
