Abstract
Comprende un dispositivo electromecanico o electronico, que se instala en el foso del elevador a un nivel superior al piso cubriendo el area de la zona de peligro, a manera de barrera de seguridad, la barrera esta conectada al sistema de seguridad electronico del elevador, cuya funcion es detectar elementos extranos en el foso, de encontrarlos el sistema alerta al sistema de seguridad bloqueando la operacion del elevador, el elevador solo funciona cuando el sistema de seguridad para nivel inferior de elevador esta libre, evitando que se produzcan accidentes.
