Abstract

Se proporciona un virus adenoasociado recombinante (rAAV) que comprende una capside de AAVhu68 y un genoma del vector que comprende un gen de betagalactosidasa lisosomal (por ejemplo, gen de galactosidasa beta 1, GBL1) (es decir, rAAVhu68.GBL1).
