Abstract
Se divulga una celda de flotacion (1) para tratar particulas suspendidas en suspension y para separar la suspension en un reflujo inferior (400) y un desbordamiento (500). La celda de flotacion comprende un tanque de flotacion (10) con un centro (11), un perimetro (12), un fondo (13) y una pared lateral (14); y una artesa (2) y un pico de artesa (21) que rodea el perimetro (12) del tanque de flotacion. El tanque de flotacion comprende ademas tubos de explosion (4) para introducir la alimentacion de suspension (100) en el tanque, un tubo de explosion que comprende una boquilla de entrada (41), una entrada (42) para gas presurizado, una camara alargada (40) y una boquilla de salida (43). La boquilla de salida se coloca a una distancia vertical (L5) del pico de artesa, la distancia (L5) es de al menos 1.5 m. Ademas, se divulga una linea de flotacion y el uso de la linea de flotacion.
