Abstract

En la presente se provee un metodo para secar materiales en placas, que comprende: (i) hacer avanzar las placas a ser secadas a lo largo de una via; (ii) calentar un primer medio de secado a una temperatura por encima de 140 °C a traves de un primer medio de calentamiento, y dirigir el primer medio de secado calentado a dichas placas en una zona caliente de secado; y (iii) recuperar calor de un medio de secado de escape de dicha zona caliente de secado a traves de una serie de dos o mas medios de recuperacion de calor tal como un intercambiador de calor de aire/liquido y usar el calor recuperado para calentar un segundo medio de secado a una temperatura por debajo de la temperatura de dicho primer medio de secado sin medios de calentamiento adicionales, y dirigir el segundo medio de secado calentado a dichas placas en una pluralidad de zonas tibias de secado corriente abajo de dicha zona caliente de secado, en donde el medio de secado de escape enfriado de los medios de recuperacion de calor corriente arriba pasa sobre medios de recuperacion corriente abajo y, para cada uno de dichos dos o mas medios de recuperacion de calor, el calor recuperado es dirigido a una o mas zonas tibias de secado asociadas con esos medios de recuperacion de calor. En la presente tambien se provee una disposicion para llevar a cabo el presente metodo.
