Claims (10)
1. Sustav (10) za sušenje koji ima zonu (14) za sušenje, za sušenje rasutog materijala (16), kao što je prethodno granulirani mulj otpadnih voda,
- u kome su osigurani uređaj (32) za uklanjanje zraka, za uklanjanje ispušnog zraka (30) iz zone (14) za sušenje i uređaj (28) za dopremanje zraka za dopremanje napajajućeg zraka (26) u zonu (14) za sušenje,
- u kome je osiguran uređaj (38) za hlađenje zraka, za hlađenje ispušnog zraka (30), koji ima prvu fazu (36) hlađenja zraka i drugu fazu (44) hlađenja zraka, pri čemu ispušni zrak (30) iz prve faze (36) hlađenja zraka prolazi kroz vođicu (34) za zrak u drugu fazu (44) hlađenja zraka, i osiguran je uređaj (62) za zagrijavanje zraka, za zagrijavanje napajajućeg zraka (26), koji ima prvu fazu (64) zagrijavanja zraka i drugu fazu (72) zagrijavanja zraka,
- u kome je osiguran uređaj (70) za obnovu energije, za vraćanje energije iz prve faze (36) hlađenja zraka u prvu fazu (64) zagrijavanja zraka,
naznačen time da
uređaj (70) za obnovu energije je u obliku voda (66) za prijenos topline i toplinske pumpe (68).
2. Sustav za sušenje u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1,
u kome je prva faza (36) hlađenja zraka u obliku cjevastog razmjenjivača topline koji je posebno konfiguriran sa presjecajućim usmjeravanjem u kontra-smjeru strujanja.
3. Sustav za sušenje u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2,
u kome je druga faza (44) hlađenja zraka na isti način u obliku cjevastog razmjenjivača topline koji je posebno konfiguriran sa presjecajućim usmjeravanjem u kontra-smjeru strujanja.
4. Sustav za sušenje u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3,
u kome je osiguran uređaj za rasipanje energije, za rasipanje energije iz druge faze (44) hlađenja zraka ka vanjskom hladnjaku.
5. Sustav za sušenje u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4,
u kome je osiguran uređaj za čišćenje za čišćenje prve i/ili druge faze (36, 44) hlađenja zraka pomoću procesne vode (42).
6. Sustav za sušenje u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5,
u kome je osigurana treća faza (50) hlađenja zraka, koja je posebno u obliku pročišćivača/ovlaživača zraka (eng. air washer).
7. Sustav za sušenje u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6,
u kome je prva faza (64) zagrijavanja zraka u obliku cjevastog razmjenjivača topline.
8. Sustav za sušenje u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7,
u kome je druga faza (72) zagrijavanja zraka u obliku pred-grijača do kojeg se energija treba dopremiti iz vanjskog izvora topline.
9. Sustav za sušenje u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8,
u kome ja osigurana treća faza (76) zagrijavanja zraka, koja je posebno u obliku grijača na principu sagorijevanja.
10. Sustav za sušenje u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9,
u kome je osiguran uređaj (60) za prijenos zraka za prijenos ohlađenog ispušnog zraka (30) iz uređaja (32) za uklanjanje zraka do uređaja (28) za dopremanje zraka kao napajajućeg zraka (26) koji treba biti zagrijan.
