Abstract
La invencion describe un sistema de clasificacion de finos de hierro extraido de piedra dura magnetica que incluye principalmente un sistema de alimentacion, un sistema de cribado de piedras duras, un sistema de clasificacion de bolas enteras de piedra dura, un sistema de clasificacion de gruesos de piedra dura, un sistema de clasificacion de finos de piedra dura y un sistema de retorno automatico de piedras duras, y el sistema de cribado de piedras duras puede clasificar una piedra dura de acuerdo con el tamano de particula para eliminar y clasificar un material de hierro que contiene la bola entera y la bola rota respectivamente. El sistema de clasificacion de gruesos de piedra dura es capaz de clasificar todos los metales ferrosos, y el sistema de clasificacion de finos de piedra dura es capaz de separar con precision el hierro metalico clasificado y la piedra dura. La tecnologia de ahorro de energia con bajo consumo de energia se adopta en un sistema de clasificacion completo y se utiliza un PLC para controlar la barra de empuje neumatica en una tecnica de separacion para hacer que el mecanismo de accionamiento sea de alta precision y las piezas de hierro separen la alta precision. Todo el sistema de clasificacion puede cumplir la operacion continua del sistema de descarga de relaves de produccion para hacer que la piedra dura y el hierro despues de la clasificacion retornen al sistema de produccion, y alcance cero estandares de emision para proteccion del medio ambiente. El sistema tiene un alto grado de automatizacion, estructura compacta, tamano pequeno, facil instalacion.
