Abstract

El invento tiene relacion con la almohada neumatica para la recoleccion de frutas en procesos de recoleccion mecanizada de fruta, para amortiguar la caida de frutas del bosque, en el que el conjunto (3) consiste de una bandeja plastica para la recogida de la fruta (4) y una membrana de goma (5), teniendo el conjunto (3) una forma poligonal. La membrana de goma (5), que de manera mas economica se fabrica de goma alimentaria, se extiende por la parte superior de la bandeja (4) y por los extremos laterales de la bandeja (4), ajustada y pegada con pegamento a la superficie lateral de la bandeja (4). La membrana (5) esta pegada a la superficie lateral de la bandeja (4) con pegamento y ajustada con una cinta de seguridad (6). En el lateral (e, d), en la parte inferior de la bandeja (4) sobresalen las valvulas (7) para la introduccion de aire por debajo de la membrana (5). En los angulos de la bandeja (4) que coincide con los lados (a, e), se situa el mecanismo (10) para un adecuado ajuste de la bandeja (4) al portador (23), es decir, al conducto (20) de suministro de aire, mientras que el mecanismo (10) esta constituido por ejes (12) y manguitos (13) con apertura (14).
