Abstract

Se refiere a un proceso para deshidratar azufre, que comprende alimentar una mezcla gaseosa (2) a una temperatura elevada en un ciclon (1), conteniendo la mezcla gaseosa (2) gas de azufre y vapor de agua. Una separacion ciclonica del gas de azufre y vapor de agua contenidos en la mezcla gaseosa (2) se realiza de modo que se obtiene una fraccion rica en gas de azufre (3) a traves de una abertura de espita (5) del ciclon (1), y se obtiene una fraccion rica en vapor de agua (4) a traves de un buscador de vortices (10) del ciclon (1)
