Abstract

a invenção se refere a métodos para processar misturas gasosas que contêm hidrocarbonetos, em particular à separação em baixa temperatura de componentes gasosos, e pode ser usada para processamento de gás natural ou associado. o método compreende as seguintes etapas: a) desidratação de uma mistura, b) resfriamento da mistura, c) passagem da mistura através de uma primeira coluna de retificação (7), assim, produzindo um primeiro fluxo (105) rico em hidrocarbonetos e um segundo fluxo (106) que compreende hidrocarbonetos dissolvidos em co2, d) alimentação dos componentes do primeiro fluxo (105) para separação em um fluxo de gás sob movimento turbulento para separação dos componentes em um terceiro fluxo (107) pobre em componentes mais pesados do que o metano e um quarto fluxo (108) rico nestes componentes, e) aquecimento do terceiro fluxo (107), f) uso de uma porção do terceiro fluxo (107) como gás de saída (114), g) resfriamento da outra porção (115) do terceiro fluxo (107) e mistura do mesmo com o primeiro fluxo (105) com subsequente alimentação da mistura (117) produzida na etapa (d), h) alimentação do segundo fluxo (106) e do quarto fluxo (108) a uma segunda coluna de retificação (12) para produção de um quinto do fluxo (109) rico em hidrocarbonetos c3+, um sexto fluxo (110) rico em co2 e um sétimo fluxo (111) rico em metano, i) mistura do sétimo fluxo (111) com a mistura gasosa inicial (101) e alimentação dos componentes à etapa (a). o resultado técnico consiste em redução de perdas de componentes alvo e aumento de eficiência do método. 6 reivindicações dependentes, 3 figuras, 1 exemplo.
