Abstract

Las realizaciones de la presente invencion incluyen los sistemas y metodos que incluyen un vaso de sorcion que contiene una pulpa que incluye una pasta acuosa y un sorbente, un sistema de cribado por lo menos parcialmente sumergido en la pulpa y que incluye un alojamiento y una maquina de cribado vibratorio que incluye un conjunto de compresion y un conjunto de criba. La pasta acuosa incluye un metal que es absorbido por el sorbente para formar un material sobredimensionado en la pulpa. El conjunto de compresion comprime el conjunto de criba de un formato concavo, y el conjunto de criba esta inclinado de manera que la pulpa se alimenta sobre una primera parte inclinada del conjunto de criba y los materiales sobredimensionados son llevados sobre una segunda parte inclinada de conjunto de criba e removidos del sistema llevados de nuevo al vaso de sorcion. El material subdimensionado pasa a traves del conjunto de criba para una parte del alojamiento separado de la pulpa y se descarga a otro vaso de sorcion.
