CADA UNA DE LOS PLACAS DE TRANSFERENCIA DE CARGA SE COMPONE DE DOS ANCLAJES CON DOS BARRAS DE ARMADURA PARA LA ALINEACION DE UN INDUCTOR DE JUNTA, Y UNA JUNTA DE ROTULA QUE, CON EL MOMENTO DE SOPORTE DE CARGA, GIRA EN SENTIDO ANTIHORARIO Y, CON EL MOMENTO DE SOPORTE GENERADO POR LAS PLACAS DE TRANSFERENCIA DE CARGA, REALIZA UN MOVIMIENTO HORARIO. DICHA JUNTA DE ROTULA LIBERA LAS LOSAS DE HORMIGON DE LA TENSION PROVOCADA POR LA FLEXION/TRACCION CON EL MOMENTO DE TRANSFERENCIA DE CARGA, PERMITIENDO QUE LA CIMENTACION NO SE VEA AFECTADA POR LOS MOMENTOS FLECTORES QUE RESULTAN DE LA CARGA Y HACIENDO ASI QUE LA LOSA TRABAJE ESENCIALMENTE A TENSION DE COMPRESION. LA EXISTENCIA DE LAS JUNTAS DE ROTULA PERMITE LA CIMENTACION A SER OBTENIDA POR EL BLOQUE DE POLIESTIRENOWHICH INCLUDES A FOUNDATION THAT HAS EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE BLOCKS OF HIGH DENSITY, THAT SUPPORTS A SEMICONTINUOUS CEMENT CONCRETE FLOORING, BEING FORMED THE PAVEMENT FORMWORK BY THE POLYSTYRENE BLOCKS OF THE FOUNDATION. EACH ONE OF THE LOAD TRANSFER PLATES IS COMPOSED OF TWO ANCHORS WITH TWO ARMOR BARS FOR THE ALIGNMENT OF A JOINT INDUCTOR, AND A BALL JOINT WHICH, WITH THE MOMENT OF LOAD SUPPORT, ROTATES ANTI-CLOCKWISE AND, WITH THE MOMENT OF SUPPORT GENERATED BY THE LOAD TRANSFER PLATES, MAKES A HOURLY MOVEMENT. SUCH A BALL JOINT RELEASES THE CONCRETE SLABS FROM THE TENSION CAUSED BY THE BENDING / TRACTION AT THE MOMENT OF LOAD TRANSFER, ALLOWING THAT THE FOUNDATION IS NOT AFFECTED BY THE BENDING MOMENTS RESULTING FROM THE LOAD AND MAKING THESE WORK ESSENTIALLY AT COMPRESSION TENSION.
