(i) IT CAN BE PUMPED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE IT IS MIXED WITH (ii) AND IT HAS A LOW SODIUM PERCHLORATE CONTENT (1% TO 10% BY WEIGHT) SO IT IS NOT DETONATING AND DISSOLVES IN (b).
