Изобретение относится к области промышленных взрывчатых веществ, в частности - к эмульсионным взрывчатым веществам (ЭВВ) для безопасного ведения взрывных работ в обводненных и сухих скважинах. Техническая задача, решаемая изобретением, - создание ЭВВ, не способного в нормальных условиях реагировать с сульфидосодержащими рудами, а также имеющего высокую удельную концентрацию энергии взрыва в единице объема заряда. Эта задача решена тремя вариантами составов, отличающихся друг от друга сроком хранения. Эмульсионное взрывчатое вещество по первому варианту содержит обратную эмульсию, состоящую из 95 мас.% водного раствора окислителя и 5 мас.% топливной смеси, при этом водный раствор окислителя содержит 79,5-77,0 мас.% аммиачной селитры, 20 мас.% воды и 0,5-3,0 мас.% уротропина, а топливная смесь содержит 65-15 мас.% минерального масла, 10-30 мас.% дизельного топлива, 10-30 мас.% парафина и 15-25 мас.% эмульгатора, а также механический сенсибилизатор, в качестве которого используется перлитовый песок с насыпной плотностью до 200 кг/м, или стеклянные микросферы размером не более 250 мкм и насыпной плотностью до 200 кг/м, или гранулированный пенополистирол с насыпной плотностью до 200 кг/ми гранулометрическим составом от 200 до 3000 мкм, гранулированная аммиачная селитра и нефтепродукт при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:Отличия второго и третьего вариантов ЭВВ состоят в соотношении содержаний водного раствора окислителя и топливной смеси: второй вариант содержит 92 мас.% водного раствора окислителя и 8 мас.% топливной смеси, третий - 90 мас.% водного раствора окислителя и 10 мас.% топливной смеси.The invention relates to the field of industrial explosives, in particular - to emulsion explosives (emulsion explosives) for the safe conduct of blasting operations in flooded and dry wells.
