Техническая задача, решаемая изобретением, - создание ЭВВ, не способного в нормальных условиях реагировать с сульфидосодержащими рудами, а также имеющего высокую удельную концентрацию энергии взрыва в единице объема заряда. Эта задача решена тремя вариантами составов, отличающихся друг от друга сроком хранения.
