La présente Invention porte sur une Installation de Collecte d’Ordures Ménagères et le Procédé d’Utilisation de cette Installation.The present invention relates to a Household Garbage Collection Facility and the method of using this facility.
En effet, la Collecte des Ordures Ménagères est une opération d’hygiène publique extrêmement contraignante, dans la mesure où elle doit s’effectuer de façon soutenue et permanente. La tâche est difficile, de grande ampleur et s’avère coûteuse parce qu’elle mobilise chaque jour une main-d’œuvre massive et de gros engins dotés d’équipements spéciaux. Ainsi, beaucoup de communes, faute de moyens financiers suffisants, ne parviennent pas à l’assurer avec toute la rigueur souhaitée. D’où les interventions des éboueurs et camions de ramassage incertaines ou trop espacées, et par conséquent, les ordures souvent abandonnées à ciel ouvert sur les trottoirs.In fact, garbage collection is an extremely restrictive public hygiene operation, as long as it must be carried out in a sustained and permanent way. Pour remédier à cette situation, il faut d’une part, - Mettre au point un procédé de Collecte d’Ordures Ménagères susceptible de Baisser le Coût de cette opération, d’autre part, - Créer les Conditions d’une Bonne Protection dé ces ordures afin d’Améliorer la Propreté et la Salubrité dans les villes. L’Installation mise au point dans ce sens servira de poste fixe de Collecte d’Ordures Ménagères destiné aux usagers environnants. Elle est constituée : - d’un bac à ordures doté d’un toit et dressé sur une élévation à 3 m environ du sol, - d’un escalier permettant aux usagers d’accéder au bac, et/ou un élévateur pour assurer le dépôt des ordures dans le bac, - d’un mécanisme permettant d’extraire les ordures du bac.To remedy this situation, it is necessary on the one hand, - To develop a Household Garbage Collection process likely to lower the cost of this operation, on the other hand, - To create the conditions for a good protection of these garbage to improve Cleanliness and Sanitation in the cities.
