Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a top (1) to be fitted on a container or pliable tube (50) and comprising a neck (3) the aperture (7) of which is linked by a tear-off ring-shaped portion (10) with an inner capsule (20) acting as a sealed closure before tearing of the ring-shaped portion, and usable after for re-closing. The method is characterised in that: a) the inner capsule (20) is prolonged by a plate (30) the periphery (31) of which has a common symmetrical axis with the tear-off ring-shaped portion (10) and is fitted with three or more pins (32); b) the side-wall (40) is open at one end; its internal wall (46) is partially cylindrical, its cross section matching the shape, excluding lugs, of the periphery (31) of the plate, and is provided with three or more cavities (41) to house the said lugs; c) the side-wall is slipped round the plate (30) until it is stopped by the insertion of the lugs (32) of the plate (30) in the cavities (41) of the side-wall (40). The invention allows the manufacture at reduced cost of tubes for hygienic or cosmetic products.
