Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for mottaking, samt en mottaker. Anordning (24) anvendes for å generere, på hvert nivå (NIVA), tall som angår en bit 1 og en bit 2 som representerer sannsynligheten for den metriske overgang for overlevende baner. Anordning (25) anvendes for individuelt å summere tallene som angår bit 1 og bit O for mer enn en tilstand og som representerer sannsynligheten for den metriske overgangen. Anordning (27) anvendes for å beregne logaritmen til summene og anordning (28) for å beregne differansen mellom logaritmetallene som angår bit 1 og bit O og som representerer sannsynligheten for den metriske overgangen, hvorpå en mottatt bit kan bestemmes uten en korrekt banesporende fase.
