Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for å behandle en brønn-strøm som produseres på et oljefelt til havs, ved bruk av et skip som samarbei-der med en undervannsbye som både ski-pet og stigerørene fra feltet er foran-kret til. Brønnstrømmen føres til et prosesseringsanlegg ombord, hvor vann, olje og gass skilles fra hverandre. Fraseparert, stabilisert olje lagres i tanker, mens fraseparert gass føres til et omdannelsesanlegg ombord, for omdan-nelse av gassen til syntetisk råolje og/eller voks. Det beskrives også et anlegg omfattende et slikt prosesseringsanlegg og et slikt omdannelsesanlegg som omfatter i det minste en syntesegassenhet og en Fischer-Tropsch-enhet. Det totale anlegg (prosesseringsanlegg og omdannelsesanlegg) er plassert på rammer som kan festes lett utskiftbart til skipets dekk. Videre beskrives et omdannelsesanlegg som om-talt, hvor Fischer-Tropsch-enheten omfatter minst én slurryboblekolonnere-aktor (SBCR-reaktor) omfattende en reaktorsone anordnet for å inneholde en slurry bestående av væskeformige produkter, findelte katalysatorpartikler og syntesegass, hvilken reaktor er anordnet for intern fraskillelse av væskeformige produkter fra resten av slurryen.
