Abstract
Un proceso para tratar una corriente de pozo reducida desde un yacimiento petrolífero mar adentro, usando un barco que coopera con una boya submarina a la cual tanto el barco y las tuberías ascendentes desde el yacimiento se anclan. La corriente de pozo se hace pasar a una planta procesadora a bordo, en donde se separan uno de otro, el agua, el petroleo y el gas. El petroleo y el gas. El petroleo estabilizado o separado se almacena en tanques de almacenamiento, mientras que el gas separado se hace pasar a una planta de conversion a borde para la conversion del gas a petroleo crudo sintético y/o cera. También se describe una planta que comprende tal planta procesadora y tal planta de conversion comprendiendo por lo menos una unidad de gas de síntesis y una unidad de Fischer-Tropsch. La planta en su totalidad (planta procesadora y planta de conversion) se monta sobre correderas capaces de ser aseguradas de manera intercambiable con facilidad a la cubierta del barco. también se describe una planta de conversion como se menciono, en donde la unidad de Fischer-Tropsch comprende por lo menos un reactor de columna de burbujeo de suspension (reactor SBCR) que tiene una zona de reactor respuesta para contener una suspension que consiste de productos líquidos, partículas de catalizador finamente divididas y gas de síntesis, cuyo reactor está dispuesto para la separacion interna de productos líquidos desde la parte restante de la suspension.
