Abstract
En stikkontakt (10) for kobling av en plugg (15) til installerte hovednett- linjer (17) er i sin base (12) forsynt med et hus (18) i hvilket en busskobler (BA) er plassert. Busskobleren er koblet til en buss-linje (19) som også er installert. Signaler generert av busskobleren blir konvertert til optiske signaler av en fotoelektrisk omformer (21) og sendt til pluggen (15). Pluggen (15) omfatter enden av en optisk bølgeleder (23) som strekker seg gjennom den tilkoblede kabelen (24) i tillegg til de elektriske energifor- syningslinjene. Dermed blir det oppnådd at signalene er til stede som optiske signaler i kabelen (24) og kan ikke bli påvirket av elektriske forstyrrelser.
