Abstract

Elektronisk komponent (10) med piezoelektriske egenskaper og konstruert for å innstille godhetsfaktoren (Qm) av komponentens piezoelektriske resonatorer (20), selv om resonatorenes piezoelektriske materiale er av allment til-gjengelig type. Komponenten er bygget opp med et underliggende substrat (12) med mnsterelektroder (16, 18; 90, 92, 94, 96). Elektrisk ledende bæreelementer (40) er lagt på mønsterelektrodene for å bære resonatorene (20). Overflateelektroder (30, 32 ) for utvendig tilkopling er koplet til mønsterelektrodene via bæreelementene, og gap mellom resonatorene (20) og substratet (12) er fylt med et gummilignende elastisk materiale (42). Et annet til-svarende materiale (44) er lagt på den ene av resonatorenes overflate, nemlig den overflate som vender oppover når resonatoren er montert på substratet. Alternativt brukes bare det ene av disse materialer (42, 44).
