Abstract

Fragnnenteringsgranat som omfatter en mengde av høyeksplosiv (11) som inneholtdes i et hylster (12, 13) og midler (29) for detonering av høyeksplosivet (1) slik at hylsteret (1 2, 13) brytes opp i mange fragmenter (13) med høy hastighet. Høyeksplosivet (11) og hylsteret (12, 13) er slik utformet at fragmentene fortrinnsvis slynges i en eller flere bestemte retninger i forhold til aksen (X-X) til hylsteret (12, 13), og granaten er utstyrt med en selvinnrettingsmekanisme (22), slik at aksen automatisk kan bringes i ønsket orientering.
