Abstract

Væskemasser i en flerfasestrøm separeres i en separa-tor 1 og utslippes gjennom en ventil 2. Det meste av gassen, inneholdende væskedugg, utslippes gjennom en venturi 3. Oppstrøms trykkfall mellom ovenfor og halsen og venturien måles ved et differensialtrykkutstyr 4. Ned-strøms trykkstigning mellom nedenfor og halsen av venturien måles ved et differensialtrykkutstyr 5, og/eller det totale trykkfall over venturien måles ved et differensialtrykkutstyr 6. Væske som utslippes fra separatoren 1 ledes gjennom målemidler 7 for å måle væskestrømnings-hastighet. Måling av venturi-trykkgjenvinningen muliggjør kalkulering av gass:væske-fasefraksjonen i fluidet som passerer gjennom venturien. Ytterligere målinger av trykk-fallet over venturien muliggjør kalkulering av strømnings-hastigheten av gassen som undersøkes.
