Abstract
Det er tilveiebrakt en fremgangsmåte og en anordning for å bestemme gasstrømningshastigheten i en gass/væske-blanding med en gassvolumfraksjon (GVF) på minst 85% og som transporteres langs en rørledning. Rørledningen er ustyrt med en differensialtrykkstrømningsmåler og et fluiddensitometer. Fremgangsmåten omfatter: å måle trykkdifferansen over differensialtrykkstrømningsmåleren og å måle densiteten til blandningen ved å bruke densitometeret; å estimere GVF-verdien til blandningen fra den målte densiteten; og å beregne gasstrømningshastigheten fra den målte trykkdifferansen og den målte densiteten. Et korreksjonsledd som omfatter den estimerte GVF-verdien blir brukt i beregningen for å korrigere gasstrømningshastigheten for den høye GVF-verdien til blandingen.
