Abstract
For å prøve en flaske (l) for foru- rensning, belyses bunnen av flasken sideveis med en målingslysstråle (7) fra en kilde (2). Denne målingslysstråle avbøyes, slik som i en bølgeleder, i ringen av restvæsker (3) på bunnen av flasken. Lys (8) som kommer ut fra rest- væsken, avbildes på en detektor (5) ved hjelp av en avbildningslinse (4). Detek- toren måler spektralsammensetningen av det avbøyde lys (8) og sammenlikner denne med teoretiske verdier som ville bli avgitt av den væske som flasken sist var fylt av. Dersom avvikelser fra de teoretiske verdier er for store, vrakes flasken. Den beskrevne fremgangsmåte tilveiebringer en enkel måte for bestem- melse av hvorvidt en flertursflaske har inneholdt en fremmed væske.
