Abstract
Det beskrives en innretning for omdannelse av karbon eller karbonholdige forbindelser i plasma til karboner med definert nanostruktur. Innretningen består av et reaksjonskammer (1), hvor det i hodedelen (2) er anbrakt tre elektroder (3), en tilførselsinnretning for plasma- gassen (4) og en tilførselsinnretning for karbon eller den karbonholdige forbindelse. Videre beskrives en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av karboner med definert nanostruktur.
