Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte som kan .bli gjennomført kontinuerlig, for dislntegrering av cellematerialet l form av dispersjoner eller suspen- sjoner i vann med det formål å oppnå cellebestanddeler. Oppfinnelsen unngår anvendelse av faststoffultralyd- aktivatorer og etablering av en spesiell genetisk form for den akustiske bestrålingsbeholderen ved spesielle ., parametere med .hensyn på synotrodevinkel, nedsenkings- dybde av synotroden, forhold av grad av nedsenking av synotrode til akustisk bestrålingsvolum og -forhold, av. grad av nedsenking av synotrode til faststoffInnhold av medium som skal .bli lydbehandlet. I denne fremgangs- måten kan innhold av faststoff bli anvendt i området fra 0,5 til 65 vekt-Sé l mediet.
