Abstract
En fremgangsmåte og apparatur for å utfare screening av en eller flere cellegrupper av Interesse tilslørt av en cellepopulasjon ved anvendelse av minst en lysavfølingsparameter. Cellegruppen av Interesse så som en undergruppe av en hvit blodcellepopulasjon blir opptelt ved anvendelse av mikrosfærer med monoklonale antistof- fer bundet dertil for å modifisere de avfølte karakter- trekkene til spesifiserte celler for å differensiere cellegruppen av Interesse fra den tilslørte celle- populasjonen. En fullblodprøve eller del derav, kan også bli målt først og deretter deletere spesifiserte celler derifra for å muliggjøre at cellegruppen av interesse blir avfølt l et område hvor den ellers vil ha blitt tilslørt av de deleterte cellene. Prøvedelen blir på ny målt og sammenlignet med den første målingen for å differensiere cellegruppen av Interesse.
