Abstract

Bindemiddelblanding omfatter en alkydharpiks og en harpiks basert på en etylenisk umettet monomer, hvilke er emulgert i vann. Bindemiddelblandingen har en bimodal partikkelstørrelsesfordeling med store og små partikler, idet de små partikler består hovedsakelig av harpikspartikler basert på den etylenisk umettede monomer, og har en tall- midlerepartikkelstørrelse i området 40-150 nm, mens de større partikler består hovedsakelig av partikler basert på alkydharpiksen og har en tall- midlere partikkelstørrelse i området 150-500 nm. Fortrinnsvis vil en blanding av en akrylat-monomer og styren anvendes som en etylenisk umettet monomer. Fremgangsmåte ved fremstilling av bindemiddelblandingen er også vist.
