Fremgangsmåte for utnytting av varmeenergipoten- sialer, særlig med små innbyrdes temperaturforskjeller, eller mekaniske energipotensialer, særlig i miljøenergi- bærere såsom motsatt rettede havstrømmer, samt havstrømmer og ytterluft, som fremkalles naturbetinget eller av sekundær- og miljøenergibærere som frembringes grunnet industrielle prosesser for energiomforming og -anvendelse, oc hvis temperaturforskjeller er tilstrekkelig for drift av kraftprosesser for utvikling av elektroenergi, hvorved temperaturfallet mellom energipotensialene utnyttes for drift av kraftprosesser for elektroenergiutviklingen, og den frembrakte elektroenergi anvendes på frembringelses- stedet eller nær dette til elektrolyse av vann i væske- eller dampform og metalloksider, og det derved frembrakte hydrogen og metallene forbindes kjemisk med hverandre til metallhydrider og deretter transporteres som energibærere, dvs. syntetiske brennstoffer, til energibehovssteder, hvor de forbrennes med teknisk oksygen eller luft i brennstoff- celler under avgiving av elektro- og eventuelt varme- energi, eller til metalloksider og vanndamp i spesielle brennkammere under avgiving av varmeenergi.
